Responsibility

  • we are recruiting for a 5 Day Receptionist to join our team
  • providing excellent customer skills and a personality that fits our brand is key
  • reception shifts are from 7am until 3pm and 2.30pm until 10.30pm daily
  • we do not open on the 25th December
  • rogerthorpe Manor Hotel is a 28 Bedroomed hotel and the Reception is a key part of providing direction for our guest both on the phone and face to face
  • we provide a bonus scheme for hitting monthly targets as part of a team bonus
  • work Remotely
  • we provide a full 8 week training schedule where we teach the Hotels On Line Reservation software , all practical areas of the receptionists duties and how the day to day involvement of Reception staff controls the hotels flow
