Responsibility

  • to drive and deliver day-to-day performance and sales targets in Selfridges London
  • assist and mentor a strong team performance on a daily basis to achieve individual set targets
  • training, developing, motivating, and inspiring the Retail team to maximise in-store sales
  • develop Rodial retail strategy and business planning in line with the overall brand business
  • ensure a strong Business Plan is in place to reflect targeted revenue expectations
  • keep up to date records of all sales figures for Head Office use
  • implement and fully project manage all instore events
  • full team management, including all employee relations meetings with support from HR
