Responsibility
to positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the operations of the company
compile staff rotas and troubleshoot rostering problems
carry out reviews and supervisions with employees
hours of work : Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and on call service when rostered
the successful candidate will have a proven track record in positions within a care setting and hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification
carry out staff and client observations and quality checks
location : Within a 30-mile radius of 404 Enterprise Crescent, Lisburn, BT28 2BP
they will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the efficient operation of the running of the domiciliary care delivery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to service users
Requirements
at least 1 years’ experience in a care setting
have experience in a managerial role either in a paid or voluntary capacity
experience of managing staff
have experience working in management of teams and rostering/rotas
strong leadership skills
experience in excellent customer service delivery
level 5 qualification or the desire to work towards one
full driving license, car and business insurance
