  • an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Children's Registered Manager to oversee a prospering new home in the New Parks area of Leicester
  • this is a chance for a strong, energetic leader to shape the future direction of this fantastic home. As the Registered Manager you will lead and direct your team to ensure the highest quality care is provided
  • the role requires a knowledgeable & dynamic individual who can use their previous experience, understanding of children's esidential service, and organisational skills to ensure the home thrives
  • you will be required to demonstrate practical leadership skills, expert communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment whilst following all current legislations and policies and procedures
  • the ideal candidate will have experience of working within children's residential care, including at least 2 years management experience. You must be working towards or hold a Level 5 in leadership and management
