Responsibility
- this position is for Thursdays and Fridays
- prepare and serve food and beverages at various locations throughout the Christmas Market
- taking card payments
- set up and break down catering stations, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
- provide excellent guest service, attending to guests' needs and requests
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Requirements
- previous experience in catering, hotel, bartending, or restaurant industry preferred
- knowledge of allergens/Level 1 and/or 2 food hygiene
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time
