  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • winning new customers with associated new sales revenue
  • upsell and upgrade existing clients; renewals are key but new business is paramount
  • identifying, participating, leading and winning new proposals and tender opportunities that result in sales
  • meet and exceed defined individual sales quota targets
  • deliver end to end positive customer relationship and experience
  • be an active ‘voice of the customer’ with all facets and areas of the business; escalating key service issues as appropriate
  • drive individual and team sales campaigns, in coordination with marketing and leadership
  • conduct competitor analysis to ensure marketing strategy effectiveness, suggest solutions when off the mark

Requirements

  • experience in the Aviation sector is required
  • great interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • proven sales performance track record working in a remote environment
  • high levels of emotional intelligence with an ability to manage customers in a diverse aviation market
  • outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • ability to negotiate with internal and external customers
  • consultative sales skills and a deep understanding of pipeline management
  • business acumen, strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
