- sourcing opportunities: using internal and external personal and team network, use innovation and intuition
- maintaining and developing client relations, assisting, and directing requirements across the business service lines, and presenting client investment pitches and on/off-market deal presentations
Requirements
- experience in the Central London commercial real estate market
- track record of acquiring, disposing, or selling Central London office or retail assets
- A good network of investment agents and third parties
- strong communication skills, both oral and written
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
