  • you must be bar savvy, cocktail trained, draught trained and comfortable with working as part of a team and being in a position of authority on an extremely busy bar, which will involve you leading from the front
  • must be prepared to lead from the front, fast pace service is vital and an understanding of how to manage staff during busy periods
