Responsibility

  • gateway provides support for adults with profound learning and multiple-disabilities
  • the Registered Manager will be innovative and proactive in identifying and implementing ways in which the service can improve
  • 15 hours per week at £18.00 per hour
  • the successful \*female applicant will be the Registered Manager for Gateway's CQC Registered Services, incorporating Millgate Respite, Outreach Service & Home Care Service
  • it provides services that achieve positive outcomes for service users and families/carers, facilitating maximum independence, dignity, choice and control through person centred planning and making sure the environment is tailored as much as possible to each individual's needs
  • the successful \*female applicant will ensure that an acceptable CQC rating of 'Good' or better is maintained and always meets the CQC requirements through continuous improvement and quality assurance
