Requirements
- proven experience managing successful complex projects
- experience of working in the public sector or a defence organisation is a plus
- show duty of care and take appropriate action to comply with all Health & Safety requirements throughout employment
- SC Clearance
- understanding of MS projects beneficial but not essential
- read and comply with all Information Security requirements
- experience of managing and supporting Governance the public sector or a defence organisation

Responsibility
- reporting Support to governance of project portfolio
- project On-line administration
- management of engagement and pipeline projects
- sharePoint support
- project Manager & Portfolio support
- stage Gate Meetings: Attend IS Stage Gate meetings, and where required, lead on behalf of the IS PMO Lead
- overall status information: develop and maintain a mechanism for feeding overall status information into the Portfolio task list
- status reports: Collate and analyse information from individual project Status Reports on a monthly basis, in support of IS corporate reporting requirements. Support the production of the monthly summary report for review at the IS SLT Meeting
