- roboQuill is a rapidly growing tech startup that specializes in robotically-powered handwritten direct mail services
- operate and manage our state-of-the-art production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- in this role, you will handle the production of direct mail and contribute to customer service tasks as required
- maintain the quality and integrity of our products by closely monitoring and adjusting production processes
- experience in customer service is a prerequisite, while familiarity with the direct mail industry would be an added advantage
- troubleshoot any production issues promptly and effectively
- your role in customer service will include quoting customers, processing orders, and following up on sample letter requests and quotes

Requirements
- prior experience in a customer service role is mandatory
- experience in the direct mail industry is a bonus
