Responsibility

  • act as the authority on all matters relating to Quality & Compliance
  • administer the Robiquity Quality Assurance and Compliance processes
  • maintain and enhance the RobiquityHealth & Safety standards framework, driving forward best practice in the serviced apartment industry
  • manage the risk of the global delivery model
  • support implementation and management of all ISO 9001, 27001, 14001 certifications
  • work with external stakeholders including clients, property partners and industry bodies
  • manage strategic partnerships
  • create, maintain and enhance Robiquity's ESG framework and processes both internally and for the global delivery model

Requirements

  • understanding of Health and Safety procedures and legislation
  • understanding of key sustainability drivers and frameworks
  • supply Chain Management
  • understanding / previous experience in ISO 9001 / 27001 / 14001
  • commercial awareness
  • strong organisational and time management skills
  • relationship management experience
  • strong project management skills
