robinsons Relocation have an exciting opening for the position of Branch Manager at our Redditch location, who’s primary purpose is to drive sales in the local removals market, manage on and off site operational staff, oversee the warehouse operation, lead and develop your staff whilst ensuring the delivery of great customer service
the role requires you to be an “all-rounder” with a very strong sense of how to engage effectively and harmoniously with your team and taking great pride in what you and your team deliver
if you have enthusiasm, are sales and operationally focused, have an ability to lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service whilst delivering results, take pride in a high level of consistent output, have the determination to drive growth and enjoy celebrating success then this might be the job for you
to ensure compliance with the required health and safety regulations, driving regulations and company policies through training and audit
the branch manager will oversee and lead the day to day operations of a well-established removals and storage branch providing domestic and international removals and storage services
to deliver, achieve and grow the sales pipeline, building relationships with new and existing clients to ensure company growth
