Responsibility

  • operate production equipment such as mechanical presses, hoists, pneumatic tools, hand tools and wood cutting machines
  • manual handling of raw wood materials
  • assembling timber frame panels, floor joists and trusses as part of a production team
  • assembling roof trusses and/or floor joists as part of a production team
  • monitor the production process and carry out basic quality checks
  • placing metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints using hammer or mechanical press
  • carry out cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and machinery
  • monitoring the production process and carrying out basic quality checks
