Responsibility

  • attend client meetings with the adviser and ensure notes and actions are completed
  • maintain regular contact with clients, booking clients in for annual reviews and management of review process
  • build deeper relationships with existing clients and become a "point person" for correspondence and ad hoc queries that do not require advice
  • attend further meetings with the adviser and become more holistic in recommending planning solutions to the adviser
  • create and maintain client files and enter details onto back-office database
