Responsibilities and DutiesWorking as part of the busy Commercial Property Department with 4 Solicitors.Undertake typing duties (audio or otherwise) as required by the fee earners. Typing of Contracts and Leases. Be familiar with track changes.Assisting with all aspects of commercial sale and purchase transaction, producing key legal documents including Leases, Contracts etc via digital dictation to include making changes to documentation using track changes.Preparation of completion statements and raising invoices.Be familiar with and competent in the use of the Accounts and Database computer and completing all forms relevant thereto when opening all files on the computer.Manage the fee earners calendars and schedule meetings and prepare documents client meetings.File management and other administrative duties.Dealing with clients’ and others on the telephone.Take and accurately relay messages and be familiar with and competent in the use of the telephone system.Maintain the filing system.Assist colleagues in other departments by supporting them with overflow of work when required.When requested undertaking receptionist duties.Be familiar with:-Microsoft Office· Digital dictation system· Case management systemAdmin dutiesChecking and up-dating costs limits on all files.Opening and closing of files.PhotocopyingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per yearBenefits:Free parkingLife insuranceOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Loyalty bonusEducation:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
