Responsibility
to assist with the production of rooming lists and other administrative tasks and liaising with hotels as appropriate
develop a thorough understanding of insurance products and other services that customers are able to add to their booking
handling incoming customer enquiries for day trips, holidays and short breaks, by telephone, email and in person and converting these into confirmed bookings
to fully service any customer enquiry in line with our Customer Experience Standards ensuring the needs of our customers are matched
to always deliver to our Customer Experience Standards, including departures and returns and all other interactions with our customers
to be up to date with all travel products and services to provide the best possible booking experience to our customers
to provide accurate and timely responses to enquiries, ensuring that the sale opportunity is not lost
to take part in the team out of hours rota and emergency telephone cover in exchange for time off in lieu
