Responsibility
- to assist with the production of rooming lists and other administrative tasks and liaising with hotels as appropriate
- develop a thorough understanding of insurance products and other services that customers are able to add to their booking
- handling incoming customer enquiries for day trips, holidays and short breaks, by telephone, email and in person and converting these into confirmed bookings
- to fully service any customer enquiry in line with our Customer Experience Standards ensuring the needs of our customers are matched
- to always deliver to our Customer Experience Standards, including departures and returns and all other interactions with our customers
- to be up to date with all travel products and services to provide the best possible booking experience to our customers
- to provide accurate and timely responses to enquiries, ensuring that the sale opportunity is not lost
- to take part in the team out of hours rota and emergency telephone cover in exchange for time off in lieu
