able to work to high consistent standards
be time served, ideally, having completed an apprenticeship
hold City and Guilds/NVQ level 3 in HGV/PSV Repair and Maintenance
able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of HGV Mechanic/PSV Mechanic
hold a UK driving licence. PSV/HGV driving licence would be preferred
have excellent attention to detail and used to working in a busy, fast paced environment

key functions include but aren’t limited to, administering school travel pass applications and school bus pass payment arrangements, producing and arranging distribution of school travel passes, reviewing current and future bus service requirements, engaging with bus operators with contract and service level agreements, respond to school transport complaints and enquiries, work to promote the services provided, and continued development of the school travel ‘app’
the purpose of this role is to administer all aspects of the school travel pass provision including processing applications and payments, accurately updating the school bus database, bus pass production, progressing late and missed payments, producing reports from the system, taking calls and responding to service enquiries, and recording and administrating service enquiries
