- checking documents and approved samples, inspection area, light condition, and tools for inspection
- inspect the products using AQL standard and the QC sheets
- visual checking of shape of the products comparing with the approved samples
- using specific tools to check the dimensions of products according with the tolerances accepted and the drawings
- reports to the QC Manager with any discrepancies found
- record the inspection reports in the database
- to make sure that the products are checked for quality before moving to the normal stock using the AQL standard
