Responsibility
- HR Advisor Kidderminster Permanent 37.5 hours per week, hybrid Up to £37,000
- you will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers in line with employment law and best practice
- salary is £40,000 - £45,000 plus company specific benefits
- coach and encourage managers to take ownership of people practices
- deputise for the HR Business Partner /HR Manager where require
- supporting managers, you will provide advice and support on employee relation issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances
- building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation
- work with local Hiring Managers to understand the needs of their requirements and create a job description to match
Requirements
- professional qualification in Human Resources or related field
- proven experience within a similar role
- knowledge of HR best practices
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards an equivalent qualification
- minimum 1-2 years' experience as an HR Advisor
- able to demonstrate relevant HR experience. Ideally CIPD qualified with first-hand experience of dealing with complex ER issues
- minimum 1 years’ experience as an HR Advisor is essential
- minimum 1-2 years’ experience as an HR Advisor
