- REPORTING MANAGER Commercial Director
- supplier relationship management – resolving supplier issues, supplier performance management and develop plans for continuous improvement
- support the delivery of the assigned category strategy and drive continuous improvement activities
- deliver services to meet or surpass agreed Procurement metrics, SLAs, and objectives
- stakeholder management – ensure regular engagement with both client and supplier facing stakeholders, to keep abreast on any current or potential issues impacting business delivery. Instigate contingency plans as necessary
- deliver category operational performance KPIs quality, cost, delivery
- 12. Maintain and improve supplier relationships, highlighting issues/escalating to Purchasing Manager where appropriate for further action
- query / Issue resolution
- chasing outstanding POs
- resolving errors and queries in POs - including quantity price breaks, minimum order values, product specification changes
- respond to customer queries on availability and pricing via telephone and email as part of the Purchasing team
- 16. Compile scheduled update reports for Finance and on request for management/other internal departments to inform business decisions
- 17. Provide product and pricing information to the Marketing team for business product publication / external website
Requirements
