Responsibility
- day to day management of a range of clients, working to briefs and meeting deadlines
- creating relationships with clients, building on trust and accountability
- processing client requests into RG’s warehouse management systems – having a keen eye for detail
- keeping clients up to date on the status of their stock flowing through the warehouse
- freight forwarding/logistics skills – advising clients at each stage of the process
- monthly billing – summarising for each client all activity you have managed on their behalf
- alongside these you may be assigned a number of ad hoc duties and miscellaneous tasks to complete as we take on different projects and clients – no two days are the same
Requirements
- customer/client management in a previous role / Experience in a Commercial role
- prior experience working in a logistics/freight forwarding role
- previous experience with stock management would be advantageous but not essential
- great phone manners & writing skills
- logistics / Freight forwarding: 2 years
- customer service: 3 years
- managing multiple client accounts: 2 years
