Responsibility

  • we have full time positions for waiting staff within our busy restaurant. These are daytime permanent positions
  • full time - Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 3pm
  • delivering orders to customers in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy in serving times
  • making sure all customers are satisfied with their experience at the restaurant
  • the successful applicant should be hard working, dedicated and have high standards of customer service. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
  • complying with all applicable laws regarding food safety and handling in the workplace.'
  • serving food and drink orders according to order list, greeting customers, answering questions about menu items, taking orders from customers using a POS system or phone, and making recommendations based on customers' preferences
  • maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas during serving times. This may include sweeping, mopping, or wiping down tables, counters, walls, etc. as well as other duties as assigned
