Responsibility

  • assist the Learning & Development Team Leader with the maintenance of the training resource plan
  • to assist in the maintenance of approvals from relevant bodies
  • handling telephone enquiries and maintenance of the Training Management System
  • offer excellent levels of customer service
  • assist in the order of all study materials, production, and despatch of course attendance certificates
  • advising members of customers which RHA training and compliance products best suit their needs
  • to take part in the internal Quality and Health & Safety group and its activity
  • maintaining ISO procedures, uploading DCPC record to Government website

Requirements

  • IT literate and a comprehensive understanding of Windows based programmes to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • good organisational and administrative skills
  • good communicator and able to influence effectively
