Please do not use this firm , I called them in October last year for a quote for an electrical safety check ,I was told it would be £660, which would take a couple of hours , electrician pulled up at door spoke to two young apprentice s like rubbish , came in stayed no longer then 35 mins , I was told their were several dangerous faults that would cost approx£2700 to put write , I was a lady their in my own so I believed what he said , he gave me invoice with work he said needed to be done , I asked how much I owed and nearl died when he said £660 and for being their 35 minutes , stupidly I paid him when I asked for receipt , I was told he would send out to me , after calling him about 6 times he promised it had been posted out ,even said he had send one of his colleagues had posted throught my door , the council came to the rescue and came and put faults right , some just needed the screw tightened and new strip lights put in , I've never done anything like this before but felt so strongly about it , please do not use this firm .
Great company, I don't speak sparky but the lads explained everything, as an emergency call out Conpany the rates are good would definitely use again

In a nutshell we contacted this company as our electric was tripping and had an electric fault. initially stated that I thought it was a fault with the cooker. We called this company who came out and stated we needed a full re wire and a new electric box. I was asked to pay a £240 deposit just for a man to attend my property and then was charged another £3250 for the work to be done. After I'd paid and the work was completed, we plugged the cooker back in and the electric turned off again. I was told we needed this work doing when all I needed was a new cooker. I have since contacted the company and made an official complaint asking for an invoice when the work was carried out on the 21/8/24,I am still waiting for a response! The 'electrician' was also standing directly over me whilst I made payments via bank transfer which made me very uncomfortable.
Absolute rip off and totally intimidating!
Got this company out for an emergency. They use jargon to upsell, quoting figures 10 times the cost usually quoted. Complete cowboys. Avoid at all costs. If I could give no stars I would
Charged 350.00 for 2 hours work on a light switch. Feeling ripped off, even though we should have asked for a quote first. I would certainly advise anyone to check their prices before using them
I called these as shower control had snapped off. Came out and only option given was need new shower. At no point did they give me any quotes. They went and bought a new shower cost price £200 they charged me £185 per hour they charged me for two hours even though they were only in property for 50 mins. When I asked how much I was told £870 apparently by law they can charge you as much as they want as a mark up on the shower. They refuse to give me an invoice, I have gone to trading standards. Please please do not trust these people. I have put August down as when they done the work I was so stressed and distraught trying to find this money as they refused to take credit card. Three men turned up and I felt intimidated so I can not remember exact day.

It seems that at GREENCROFT BOTTLING COMPANY it is easier to get a longer vacation than at RMM MAINTENANCE next door. Is it true?
