Responsibility

  • develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote horizontal safety line systems, inspections, certifications, and installations
  • identify and target new clients, fostering strong relationships and generating sales opportunities
  • utilize your expertise in siphonic drainage systems to offer tailored solutions to clients and drive revenue growth
  • apply your knowledge of pest-proofing, particularly in installing roof bird netting, to effectively address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions
  • oversee the rope access division, ensuring the team is equipped and trained to provide exceptional service to clients
  • collaborate on marketing materials and campaigns that effectively highlight our products and services
  • stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • proven experience in sales management, preferably in the safety equipment or construction industry
  • strong knowledge and understanding of horizontal safety line systems, inspections, certifications, and installations
  • expertise in siphonic drainage systems and a deep understanding of their applications and benefits
  • demonstrated experience in pest-proofing, including the installation of roof bird netting
  • familiarity with rope access techniques and their application in industrial and commercial settings
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a sales team
  • results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
