- ability to meet strict deadlines
- familiarity with social media marketing is advantageous
Responsibility

- efficiently process orders via email or phone
- validate the accuracy of orders and tenders
- address client inquiries and solicit additional information as needed
- coordinate with the Logistics department to assure prompt deliveries
- maintain and regularly update sales and customer records
- create and present weekly sales reports utilising our CRM system
- share valuable customer feedback with the team to facilitate improvements
