Working hours

Responsibility

  • you will install, repair/replace all gas appliances, sanitary ware, associated service or waste pipework and fittings
  • you will also be responsible for repairing and replacing external rainwater goods
  • up-to-date ACS qualification and an understanding of the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure is essential
  • M&R Heating Services NW Ltd are currently looking for a qualified Plumber/Heating Engineer with fantastic customer service skills and experience of working to a high and consistent standard
  • hours of Work: 40 hours per week, call out rota is expected during Christmas Holidays
  • at M&R we’re committed to providing an effective day to day, voids and capital works programme across social housing properties to ensure our customers have good quality safe homes and this role is key in making this happen
  • suitably qualified in an appropriate craft-based trade or with substantial relevant experience, you’ll also need a full driving license as well as a full well-maintained tool kit at all times
