- duties will include
- payroll processing for weekly, fortnightly & monthly clients
- dealing with queries over pay/tax
- liaising with clients/HMRC/pension providers and other relevant stakeholders
- based in Rayleigh, Essex our client is urgently looking for a part time experienced payroll administrator to assist in daily duties for a small but extremely busy payroll bureau, to start immediately
- the role is part time to start with flexible hours and the opportunity for working from home days as well as as coming into the office
- the successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience within payroll and ideally be experienced in using BrightPay payroll software. Knowledge in holiday pay, statutory calculations and auto-enrolment pension calculations will be required
- submitting pension files to the relevant providers
