Working hours

Responsibility

  • as an Office Administrator you will be responsible for general secretarial/administrative tasks to support the Company Director
  • hours of work – 2 days a week for between 4-6 hours
  • full in-house training will be provided
  • RJD installations Limited are a fall protection contractor to many leading organisations within the UK for the Installation and Maintenance of safety equipment at heights
  • we are looking for a new part time team member to join our business who has a good attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate
  • managing a fleet of vehicles for breakdown calls

Requirements

  • experience of working in an administration role
  • knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • computer literate
  • high attention to detail
  • an excellent telephone manner
  • be able to prioritise work efficiently
  • be able to communicate at all levels
