Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- adhering to safe working practices and Health and Safety instructions
- servicing all types of oil fired heating appliances
- all associated documentation to be completed with care and ensure that it is completed correctly
- fault Diagnostics on all types of oil fired heating appliances and systems
- responsible for dealing with customers ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- work on a rota basis with Stand By / 'On Call' cover
- responsible for attending training as required
- perform any tasks agreed by the Heating Services Manager outside the usual day to day responsibilities
Requirements
- previous background in working with Oil based Heating systems preferred or experience with LPG/Gas or similar types of heating systems
- to be OFTEC qualified preferred but not essential
- A good professional manner when dealing with customers
- good background in mechanical or electrical engineering, if no previous experience in oil fired heating, training will be provided
- full driving licence is also essential
- ability to work on their own initiative
