- works to achieve sales targets set by senior management
- deals with new customer appointments and builds rapport
- assesses customer requirements and communicates clearly with them
- completes sales of new and pre-owned homes in a friendly and efficient manner
- ensures new owners are fully supported through out their journey including aftersales
- ensures all administration is completed correctly and in a timely manner
- has a sound basic knowledge of homes and products for sale and park life
- ensures homes are clean and well presented at all times
Requirements
- have at last 3 years’ experience in sales in the industry
- have a professional yet friendly and outgoing personality
- have excellent communication skills including Facebook and internet interaction
- have a flexible approach to work and a can do attitude
- be well presented and organised with an eye for detail
- maintain confidentiality at all times
- have a passion for the industry
- be trustworthy and an excellent team player
