Responsibility

  • customer service, greeting clients, preparing clients for services i.e refreshments, gowns and general comfort
  • discuss products and hair care with clients
  • keep up to date with hew products, styles and industry information
  • perform skin testing prior to colours and log this information on the in-house system
  • adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • assist stylists with procedures such as colour removal, toning, washing and blow-drying
  • general housekeeping and tidying of the salon
  • attend in-salon training days and work/training reviews
