Responsibility
- providing incomparable customer service
- once trained, ensure a full understanding of our daily operations
- keep the working area clean and tidy; completing any cleaning schedules set out by the manager
- to have a complete understanding about our products to best advise our customers
- to ensure high levels of personal hygiene
- proactive and adaptable in your daily tasks
- must have a flexible approach to working
- knowledge and ability to make a range of different coffee drinks & teas using a new, top of the range Expobar Diamant Espresso Coffee Machine
Requirements
- must come from the hospitality or retail background
- worked in fast paced customer service environment
- exceptional communication skills
- passionate about coffee and can gel well in a team
- enthusiastic with a pro-active attitude
- level 2 food hygiene certification – desirable but not essential
- must be a trained Barista already – individual product training will be provided however you must have a proven track record of previous experience working on a 2 or 3 group espresso coffee machine
