Responsibility
- the management of green coffee stock. Including receiving, organisation, and tracking on a weekly basis
- managing stock levels of all products and accessories sold
- assisting and overviewing the packing of coffee by hand and with semi-automated equipment
- use logistic software to log wholesale orders and create shipments
- raising packaging notes for wholesale orders received
- lead weekly coffee cuppings discussing and reviewing roast profiles with the roasting team as part of our quality control measures
- reviewing and leading a quality control program for in house roasted products
- manage and implement roastery equipment maintenance and general cleaning
