Responsibility
- the right person will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the food & beverage business in a managerial role
- to work with Directors to develop, implement and achieve business strategy and goals
- to support the MD in execute company vision, goals and strategies
- we are looking for a business focused leader, with a passion for brilliant food and great service to take this hybrid role as Head Chef and General Manager
- managing the business in line with KPI’s, ensuring good sales, profit, high customer experience, and management of a great team
- the right person will be able to manage the day-to-day running of the site, as well as taking the lead in the kitchen to manage the delivery of high standard food to our strong customer base
- managing the P&L of the site, in line with agreed budget and requirements
- day to day management of recruitment, onboarding and training of all staff
