Responsibility
- develop competence across a wide range of dental chair-side support procedures
- develop knowledge of many practical treatment procedures and the necessary support to ensure effective outcomes
- develop competence in manipulating and applying dental materials across various dental treatment procedures
- act to support equality and diversity and recognise the importance of people’s rights through legislation, policies, procedures and good practice
- learn to prepare individual treatment rooms for a wide range of dental procedures
- recognise and report behaviour that undermines equality under practice policy
- be consciously aware of your behaviour and encourage the same behaviour in colleagues
- be responsible as part of the clinical team for the patient's care from arrival to completion of treatment
