Responsibility
- maintain quality standards of cleanliness within individual homes encompassing cleaning, hoovering, dusting, buffing, carpet shampooing and polishing in all areas
- demonstrate an ability to perform as a member of a team and offer initiative within their role
- to understand, acknowledge, implement and maintain Risedale’s policies and procedures regarding domestic services
- to offer a pleasant, helpful attitude and personality to promote the wellbeing of individual service user
- to recognise the Health & Safety implications within the role and implement Risedale’s Health & Safety policies and procedures
- to place the residents’ dignity at the forefront of all duties and ensure they are treated with respect at all times
Requirements
- the job involves working at one of our Barrow homes
- 25 hours a week
- this post is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check
- shifts are 9.00am - 2.00pm or 1.00pm - 6.00pm. Occasional kitchen cover may be required where shifts will be 8.00am - 6.00pm
