Requirements
at least 3 years of experience in gym general management, including managing wet areas
strong understanding of gym operations, including equipment maintenance and health and safety standards
excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
proficiency in budgeting and financial management
must take full responsibility for the facility, including being on call 24/7 to handle emergencies, such as security alarms or urgent operational issues, regardless of the time

Responsibility
address member concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours
manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
manage the gym’s budget, including monitoring expenses and revenues
develop strategies to increase profitability, such as promoting personal training packages or retail products
foster relationships with existing members to encourage retention and gather feedback for continuous improvement
