Responsibility

  • provide excellent customer service and sales support to clients via telephone, email, and live chat
  • assist customers with product enquiries, order tracking, and resolution of any issues that arise
  • create and manage customer accounts and orders on our e-commerce platform
  • develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • work closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
  • knowledge of bathroom products and design is a plus
