- requisitions or purchases and examines foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality
- plans menus, prepares, seasons and cooking foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes
- supervises, organises and instructs kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen
- ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen
- must have experience of 01 year of Piri Piri style Grill food. Good experience of counter till operations, taking orders and handling of software
- plans and co-ordinates kitchen work such as ordering, fetching, clearing and cleaning of equipment and utensils etc
- rio’s Piri Piri Marylebone are looking for experienced Chefs to join the team. Applicants must be flexible and able to work week days, weekends and evenings
