- this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Finance team in a growing business within a friendly office environment
- we are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join this successful and well-established company based near the Hagley Road in Oldbury. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with proven AP & AR experience
- you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work under minimal supervision, being accurate and having excellent attention to detail
Requirements
- processing Sales Ledger invoices including month end process
- minimum of 3 years previous experience with a similar environment
- processing of Purchase Invoices - including 3 way matching
- previous experience of working in a retail B2C & B2B environment
- raising and matching Purchase Orders to invoices
- strong IT skills, with practical experience of using accountancy software systems
- processing over 200 Subcontractor invoices on a weekly payment run
- resolving Subcontractors and supplier queries
