Responsibility
- responsible for handling high volumes of inbound customer service calls and emails
- answering queries with regards to customer accounts, such as interest and plan expiry dates, investment bonds etc
- assisting customers with general enquiries and helping them use online services assisting them to help them manage accounts with ease
- taking payments over the phone
- help customers set up direct debits over the phone
- dealing with a wide range of customers complaints resolution as first point of call late payment fees or charges
- liaising with various departments, such as fraud, customer services and collections
- document all call information according to standard operating procedures
