  • act at all times within the Company Rules, Policies, Procedures, and any other statutory requirements
  • be proactive, bring ideas, suggestions and contribute to business improvement

  • accounting: 2 years
  • familiarise themselves with the Company Policies and Procedures, held on the citrusHR system, accessible by all staff at anytime from the website

Responsibility

  • timely recording and processing of the rent receipts on a daily basis onto our operating system to ensure our landlord accounts are always up to date and accurate
  • carry out reasonable management requests as required to support the evolving needs of the business
  • raising of daily sales invoices & working with other departments to ensure accuracy and good relations
  • working with our external bookkeeper’s, help prepare monthly management accounts including the posting of accruals / prepayments and the reviewing unreconciled items on Xero
