- strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities
- self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- administration: 4 years
Responsibility
- provide high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team
- coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- assist in organizing and executing sales events, conferences, and trade shows
- collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and information flow
- handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently
- contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insightful research and data analysis
- maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems
