Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- a) To provide support, assist and supervise vulnerable clients in accordance with best practice at home and accessing the community
- b) Develop and implement individual Support Plans and carry out regular reviews
- c) To support and enable service users to maintain skills and personal interest whilst delivering person-centred care to their needs
- e) Maintain a high standard of record keeping and ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are adhered to
- f) Carry out necessary Health and Safety checks in accommodation and room check
- g) Take responsibility for safeguarding clients through adherence to the organisation’s safeguarding policy and procedures
- h) Report repairs, renewals, health and safety concerns etc. to appropriate colleagues in a timely manner
- i) Ensure that client confidentiality is maintained in accordance with organisational policy and the law, liaising with senior colleagues as necessary
