  • assist with deploying our customer success strategic vision
  • present new ideas to management and team members that will fit in with the strategic vision for the department
  • collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • document and train users on workflow changes
  • work closely with our customer facing team members and management team, to collate feedback, build change requests and define solutions to challenges seen
  • reproduce and diagnose problems found by our team members relating to our CRM and Customer Success applications, with the aim to self-solve or with vendor assistance
  • ongoing maintenance of SaaS configuration for various CRM and Customer Success applications - Assist with data integrity and analytics
