  • you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals in need
  • you will require to supervise and support a team of care support worker, ensuring that all clients receive compassionate, personalized care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • you will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals involved in their care

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care, Care Certificate
  • previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the healthcare or social services sector
  • strong knowledge of care principles, practices, and regulations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • proficient in documentation and record-keeping
  • empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others
