Responsibility

  • manage Social Media channels including responding to messages and generating multimedia content to encompass the Clubs vision
  • produce on and off-line promotional materials, such as posters, brochures, flyers and website copy, with projects meeting budget and timeline goals
  • ensure databases are kept up to date and accurate
  • production of video content for websites, emails and third-party initiatives
  • work with HOD’s to produce internal communications
  • elevate the standard of communication to members ensuring it reflects the brand aspirations and Club’s vision
  • help drive online traffic through creative and well-placed campaigns using tracking links to monitor results
  • attend, actively participate and where required take minutes in relevant committee meetings

Requirements

  • A strong marketing communications skill set
  • proficient in the use of suitable marketing and design platforms such as Canva
  • interest in golf and / or tennis
  • previous experience within golf or member club environment
  • A marketing qualification
