Requirements

  • have a proven track record in obtaining planning permission, including for the conversion of use
  • hands-on approach. We’d rather you know how to draw plans yourself than be able to produce a board report
  • be someone who gets things done, as quickly as possible with minimal cost
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while delivering results
  • understanding of property laws, regulations, and codes
