Responsibility

  • we employ over 150 people and operate across 3 sites in Bedford, Mile Road, Hudson Road and a distribution centre
  • as our business grows we are looking for organised, motivated and flexible individuals to join our team
  • richardson Milling is one of the largest industrial oat miller worldwide and our products are supplied to major brands and household names all over the world
  • please note the working hours are 4 on 4 off rotational days and nights therefore an annual shift premium is paid in addition to the annual salary
  • follow all relevant procedures and policies
  • ensure good Health & Safety working practices are carried out at all times
